The Together Initiative is an exciting opportunity to increase our church’s capacity to demonstrate the presence of Christ and proclaim the message of his Gospel throughout New England by joining in partnership with the Evangelical Free Church of America.
The Evangelical Free Church of America is an association of autonomous churches united around ten common theological convictions and committed to “multiplying transformational churches among all people.” The association is comprised of 180,000 attendees in 1,300 member churches nationwide. The New England District is comprised of 9,000 attendees in 61 churches.
Notable members of the Evangelical Free Church of America include Walter Kaiser Jr. (Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary), D. A. Carson (Trinity International University), and Chuck Swindoll (Dallas Theological Seminary).
